Celebrating a milestone 10th anniversary, EdTech Week 2024 needed a vibrant, compelling identity to stand out among competing events and make an impact in a new venue. The event had a limited existing brand identity, meaning we had to craft a strong, recognizable presence from the ground up. Our challenge was to not only create engaging content that resonated with the EdTech community but also to transform the new venue into an inspiring space that captured the spirit of innovation.
SOLUTION
To drive excitement and ensure the event’s success, we developed a comprehensive branding and content strategy that highlighted EdTech Week’s role as the ultimate gathering for education technology pioneers. By activating six primary channels, we honed in on our most direct lines of communication, prioritizing owned platforms like email, social media, and the website to cultivate a loyal following. This approach paid off: EdTech Week 2024 achieved a 147% increase over the ticket registration goal, a 506% growth in LinkedIn followers, and ultimately a sold-out event. Our targeted, high-impact branding set a memorable tone, cementing EdTech Week’s place as the must-attend festival for EdTech professionals.
