CHALLENGE
House of Puente, a boutique Spanish fragrance house celebrated for its small‑batch compositions, needed every touchpoint—from bottle to website—to express the brand’s core idea of “Puente,” the bridge between past and future, nature and artistry. Early visuals felt overall lacked a story, felt disjointed, the unboxing experience lacked the tactile drama expected of a premium product, and the digital journey from discovery set to full‑size bottle failed to convert curious browsers into loyal customers. Heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity—the very qualities that justify a luxury price—were getting lost in translation, weakening both consumer confidence and investor appeal.
SOLUTION
To introduce the bridge concept, each touchpoint visually and verbally conveys the idea of connecting two worlds. The minimalist white‑and‑gold brand identity allows the fragrances to be the focus. The perfume is housed in a blooming box with an understated white vellum lid that lifts to reveal a visual and verbal story of each scent, in the center is a custom‑etched bottle nestled like a flower. The website, welcome email series, and marketing materials all bridge the gap with new customers, telling the story of the founder and his craft, fragrance narratives, and ingredient sourcing, moving them seamlessly from intrigue to purchase. Social media campaigns worked harmoniously across every feed to help connect with a new audience and attract attention from perfume reviewers. Together, these elements transformed the House of Puente into an unmistakably luxurious experience that elevated them from the unknown to now being able to compete with the biggest names in the industry.
